The repairs and renovations that she undertook included; replacing the large rotted rear deck and joists below, replaced the pool lining, built new fencing around the property and pool, stained the entire natural wood exterior of the house, painted the interior of the home, demolished a wall in the living room to make the area open plan, replaced the damaged bay window and flooring beneath, tiled the kitchen, designed and renovated the bathroom, pruned and cared for the garden.
