OUR STORY
The 2GirlsReno vision came from our connection with women in past history. Beginning in 1942, as an increasing number of American men were recruited for the war effort, women were needed to fill their position in factories, making planes and ammunition. The image of “Rosie the Riveter” was then created to encourage women to help, and stood as a symbol for women in the workforce and for women’s independence. Because of this, 2GirlsReno is built on the belief that women are capable of doing anything, and can work with men side by side.
We met through a mutual friend and discovered that we’re both passionate and creative women who want to make a difference. As two single mums, we understand that the struggle can be real, so our aim is to assist and help you create your dream home whether your budget is big or small.

Our core values at 2GirlsReno are to keep it simple and real, and to provide a service with old fashioned values.
We believe that “Values are like fingerprints, and we leave them behind where ever we go”. Some aren’t careful with what they leave behind, so poor service and workmanship can result. We pride ourselves on high quality workmanship, customer service, reliability and value for money.

Our goals at 2GirlsRenos are to provide a solid team of trades and specialists who will do all the hard yards for you in order to reach your goal. We’re also proud on being eco-friendly and sustainable, and most importantly, we provide an inclusive and diverse environment for all our team members. We believe that a happy and fair work environment produces wonderful work!

Bobbie-Jo
From an early age, Bobbie-Jo has known that nothing is impossible, because her mother installed a belief that women can do anything! Having worked much of her career in the construction industry, Bobbie-Jo has encountered many situations where others unreliability limited her ability to forge ahead. Because of 2GirlsReno’s core values and impeccable team, she can now do what she does best, and devotes herself to you achieving your end goal. A woman with a spiritual heart and the strength of a lion, she follows her intuition and instincts and will guide you to your renovation dreams. With sixteen years’ experience in HR, Project Management, and small business, Bobbie-Jo has specialised in construction, residential, commercial trades and services, and brings strong skills in communication, creativity, collaboration and continuous improvements, with a positive approach in everything she undertakes
Tania
Building and renovation is in Tania’s blood with her grandfather, father and now brother in the trade. Coming from a creative and educational background teaching the next generation, she has taken a leap of faith in following her passion in renovation and home improvement. Having renovated many homes, including four of her own, she is excited to share her knowledge and expertise at 2GirlsReno. Although Tania has experienced many pitfalls in trying to find committed and accomplished contractors during her own renovations, she will provide you exceptional trades, and is dedicated to running your build as seamlessly as possible. Tania project manages, possesses a strong attention to detail, and also brings her marketing skills to the business.
